Terms and Conditions

After confirmation by us with regard to the chosen dates, the reservation can be processed.

After receipt of the deposit within 5 days, the reservation is final. You will receive a confirmation of every payment.

Please inform Apartment Casa don Carlos Málaga City & Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can indicate this in the reservation form or via WhatsApp.

Apartment Casa Don Carlos Malaga, City & Beach does not accept stag or hen parties or other similar events.

Damage to movable and/or immovable property of Apartment Casa Don Carlos Malaga, City & Beach will be recovered from a separate account, so that you can use the account for your travel insurance.

The deposit of the reservation is 25% of the total travel sum. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Our banking relationship is Solbank (Banco de Sabadell S.A.) in Spain and is registered in the name of R.L. Henselmans y C.C. van den Nieuwenhuijzen, 29120 Alhaurin el Grande (Málaga) through a payment partner Mollie.

The property charges a mandatory deposit of €200.00 based on your credit card by Carold Guesthouse S.L. (this will be refunded within 7 days, after checking for any damage to the accommodation).
